1  The accommodation is for holiday rental ONLY and is subject to written confirmation between the owners and the client 2  To reserve the accommodation the renter must complete and sign the booking form and return it with a 25% non refundable  deposit. Once we have received the forms and deposit we will send confirmation of the booking. This can be by e-mail if  requested and followed up in writing. We have then formally accepted your booking. No bookings are confirmed until this  point. 3  The balance of the rental is payable in full no less than EIGHT WEEKS prior to the start of your letting period. If the  balance is not paid at the due date the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking, and if unable to re-let the  accommodation the renter will be liable for the full costs of the rental. For bookings made at short notice of less than eight  weeks the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or cheque 4  A security deposit of 150 Euros or £100 Sterling is payable IN CASH on arrival. This will be  returned on the last day of the letting period if there is no damage or losses. should there be any charges these will be fully  Itemised. Normal wear and tear , minor breakages etc. will not be subject to charges, but we ask that all damages or  breakages are reported as soon as possible so that we may repair or replace the item quickly and safely. The security  deposit does not limit the clients liability should there be damages or losses. 5  Should you have to cancel the holiday and we manage to re -let the accommodation then your monies will be refunded minus  the 25% original deposit and any other such losses or expenses that may be incurred by the owners. All deductions will be  fully explained and it is strongly recommended that the renter arranges holiday / travel insurances to cover such risks. Please  be advised that we do not accept responsibility for your possessions . 6  The rental will commence at 1600 on the day of arrival and end at 1000 on the day of departure. Unless specific  arrangements have been made and agreed in writing the clients cannot gain access to the accommodation before 1600 on the  day of arrival and must vacate by 1000 on the day of departure. Should you intend to arrive after 1800  please  let us know  your expected time of arrival. 7  The number of persons that can reside in any particular accommodation has been specified by the owners and must not be  exceeded. Friends and visitors   must leave their vehicles outside the premises,  there is a small plot of land opposite, also please note condition 12 8  The clients are required to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Whilst we do always clean between rental  periods, should cleaning be required beyond the standard 60 minutes then we reserve the right to make charges and deduct  such charges from the security deposit. Clients may, with prior agreement with the owners have the accommodation fully  cleaned on their departure, clients should ask about the prevailing charges for this service. 9  All clients are requested to conduct themselves in a manner that would not inconvenience or embarrass other holiday makers  or the local residents. Loud music is discouraged and movement of vehicles after 21-30 should be kept to a minimum 10  The owners shall not be liable or responsible for any losses of services either from providers or on site with regards to the  services and facilities that are provided for the clients. Should the property be so damaged as to not be able to offer the  accommodation for rental, then the owners shall refund in full all monies paid by the clients and this shall represent full and  total discharge of the owners responsibility with regards to the let. 11  The owners shall at no time have liability which exceeds the total amount payable by the client to the owners for the rental  period including item 10 12  Children must be supervised by an appropriate adult at all times whilst on the owners premises. Special care must be taken with regards to the facilities provided by the owners. Only clients listed on the booking form are permitted and insured to use the facilities .Visitorrs of the cleints are not therfore permitted to use the facilities.The owners accept no responsibility for damage or injuries incurred. 13  By completing and signing the booking form and presenting a deposit the client accepts the terms and conditions of the let. 14 For the comfort of all our guests, we have a strict  NO SMOKING  policy in all our gites. You are welcome to smoke outside the gites. Sorry we cannot accept pets.
